This is adapted from an F4M script whereby all the male references like good boy have been changed to good girl and the first genital mention refers to girlcock, with just cock being used after that. There are lots of mentions of balls and cock coupled with hundreds of 'good girl' whispers throughout. It is a two-track audio - narration and close mic ASMR track - the second track that runs throughout is wholly improvised for TF listeners (I have not made a 4M version of this audio).

I want you to sit down somewhere that's soft and comfortable. You can lie down if you want to but this experience will work better if you're seated in a soft, comfortable chair. Or you can put some pillows behind your back and sit upright in your bed. Get naked for me and maybe put a towel underneath you. Pause this audio, I'll wait for you to be ready. 

When you're seated and comfortable, I want you to put your hands on the armrest. Relax your shoulders and let them take the weight of your arms. Lean your head back and take a deep breath. Feel your shoulders slowly begin to sink downward, lightly stretching your neck along with it.

Take another deep breath...feel your shoulders and chest begin to rise as you inhale...Hold it for a little bit...and let any tension that you may keep there release as you exhale.  Let your forearms sink slowly into the armrest. Feel them become heavy.

Let your hands open up, relax your wrists and elbows, and allow them to fall into a natural, relaxed position. Make sure that your jaw is not clenched. Relax the muscles in your face, your brow. Lay your head back and let it rest in a position that is comfortable for you.  

Breathe in again and feel as your lower back sinks slowly, deeply into that soft chair. Taking all your weight and allowing those muscles to unwind and relax.
